We confirm it
Normal use, any age. A photo helps but is not required.

Replacement ships
We send the replacement bit — or the whole set if that is what failed.
Make them last longer
SPEED
Slower RPM on hard material. Heat is what kills a bit, not pressure.
PRESSURE
Steady and firm. Let the flutes pull chips; pecking glazes the surface.
CUTTING FLUID
Use it on stainless and hardened steel. Cheap insurance for the cutting edge.
STORAGE
Back in the index, dry. Loose bits in a drawer chip each other.
